This five session course is ideal for anyone who is just starting out taking care of a woodland property. Topics covered:
Getting Started: assessing your property and site.What’s Going on in Your Woods?
Understanding tree biology and forest ecology.
Taking Care of Your Woods: tree planting, care for an established forest, weed control.
Getting it Done: safety, timber sale logistics, laws and regulations.
Dallas: Thursday evenings, 6:00-8:30 pm Dates: April 5, 12, 19, & 26th, 2018 Sat. field session April 28th (9am-3 pm)

Cost: $50 individual/$60 two from the same family sharing materials.
