Join us at Britannia Park for an introduction to urban foraging with local forager Bryan Dowkes. Learn to safely identify, ethically harvest, and prepare wild spring edibles common to our parks, lawns, and backyards. Species likely to be encountered include: dandelions, nettles, spruce tips, knottweed, ox-eye daisy, garlic mustard, dryad's saddle and more.
