This month, OCP is teaming up with On the Road Collaborative's Emerging Chefs program to bring you a delectable sampling of cuisines from across the Asian continent!
On the Road Collaborative is a non-profit youth empowerment organization that sets middle and high school youth on the road to college and career.
We ask that patrons donate $25 each, with all courses and beverages included. All proceeds benefit OCP and On the Road Collaborative.

\\ Spring rolls - sautéed veggies, avocado, and radishes in fresh rice paper rolls, served with peanut sauce.
\\ Miso soup - a complex and savory Japanese traditional, and the cure for what ails ya!
\\ Soy sauce chicken - chicken simmered and roasted in a soy sauce-based glaze. Served with coconut rice and a spring stir-fry with seasonal veggies.
\\ Tempeh yakitori - a grilled soybean cake basted with a yakitori sauce (similar to teriyaki), served with coconut rice and a spring stir-fry with seasonal veggies.
\\ Sesame matcha cookie with vanilla ice cream.
\\ Dessert "sushi" - sweet coconut rice wrapped around fruit with chocolate sauce.
