Join us on Good Friday, March 30 for a Via Crucis that will include a Peace Walk meant to acknowledge the burden of violence in the Hispanic community and in the Brighton Park neighborhood.
The Via Crucis is a Good Friday tradition in the Hispanic community and includes actors portraying the Passion of Jesus Christ in outdoor procession of the living stations and veneration of the cross.

TIMES:
• 11 a.m.: Via Crucis begins at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 2751 West 38th Place, Chicago, where actors will reenact the washing of feet and the Last Supper.
• 12 p.m.: Peace Walk begins (and Via Crucis continues) at Our Lady of Fatima Church.
• 1 p.m.: Cardinal Cupich and participants arrive at Immaculate Conception, 2745 West 44th Street, Chicago. Cardinal Cupich will be joined by students personally affected by gun violence.
