Over the Edge would like to spoil all the women out there on Mother's Day - Sunday 13th May. Our annual event has changed slightly to encourage walkers! We would like to start with some yoga and a stretch before the ride/walk. Meet at Over the Edge at 10:30am and we can either go to the institute if the weather is drizzly or to the park if it is a lovely morning. Stretch for 30 mins. Then we will head for the showgrounds along a flat trail. Walkers can turn back after the showgrounds (3kms) or riders can keep going along the rail trail. We meet back at the bike shop where we can enjoy some snacks, champagne and massage! Finish around 12:30 but please feel free to stay on and mingle - 2 hrs of just YOU time!!! ( If the weather is unpleasant - we can do a 1 hr yoga session then head back to Over the edge ) Any questions please feel free to message me!
