Yoga for Mindfulness led by Overbrook's own Michaela Shaffer, who is a certified yoga instructor, has returned for a new set of classes.

Persons of all ages and abilities are invited to "drop in" and stretch your mind, your body and your spirit. Join us in the Parlor on Saturday mornings (thru 5/12) or on Wednesday mornings (thru 4/25). All sessions are scheduled from 10 - 11 am.

Sessions are $10 each. Please bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on.
