I am pleased to be offering this late afternoon yoga class in partnership with Oxford Brookes University at the Swindon campus. This new Hatha Yoga class is now available to the general public. The one-hour yoga class will combine asana (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation to help to enhance and maintain health and wellbeing. The regular practice of yoga helps to develop strength and flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety, ease aches and pains and calm and relax the mind and body.
