Learn how stress affects you individually in your body and mind and identify the areas in your life creating stress. With this focus on self awareness we will learn techniques to release stress before it has a cumulative effect. Be led through yoga poses designed to release tension and tap into the body’s natural relaxation system (parasympathetic nervous system). Join us in breathing exercises (pranayama) and feel the tension melt away breath by breath. Then tap into the calm within as we learn and practice meditation techniques.
