What is this workshop about?
-> The topic of self-nurturing and the role that family has in developing and healing self-destructive behaviours that take the form of bad habits such as engaging in emotional overeating, toxic relationships,excessive video gaming, workaholism etc.
We're also going to explore the other polarity which is oversensitivity to sensory input such as: sounds, tastes, visual content, smells, the texture of materials we touch, as well as other people's energies which all together leads to fatigue and the need to withdraw.

We focus on:
-> Core causes in family system that led to current addiction and poor self care behaviours
-> Feelings of isolation and stress as a cause of different forms of self-destructive behaviors
-> Regaining a sense of belonging and its importance in improving your self-care behaviours
-> Family and languages of love
-> Family and formation of contact styles
-> Boundaries and contact
-> Psychosomatic symptoms as a wake up call
-> Epigenetics
-> Resourceful ancestors and altering your self and body image
-> Stress releasing exercises for grounding

*We'll use a systemic family constellations technique as a method to reveal a previously unrecognized systemic dynamic that spans multiple generations in a given family, and to resolve the effects of that dynamic by encouraging you to recognize your family's strengths and connect to what is resourceful and nurturing in your own personality! It's a powerful tool that can shift the way you perceive yourself and your closest environment and experiencing it can help you get clarity on your wounds and emotional release which leads to unleashing your body's energy that was previously captured in a never-ending loop of attempting to find closure.
