The Palestine Dogwood Jamboree produced by Dan Manuel will take place Saturday night June 16th at Palestine High School Auditorium at 7 P.M. The Palestine High School auditorium is located 2 blocks east of Hwy 19 south and Loop 256 in Palestine.

The Jamboree continues its fourteenth year of production on June 16th, with the theme "Lone Star Country." Performing artists will be Joe Hancock, Kurtis Bell, Dan Manuel, Shawn Johnson, Jodi Brown, Brandon Bamburg, "Jus" C. Leroy, Emily Worley, Sissy Perry, George Lester, Mike Kellogg, and Tammy Bostick.

If you have never attended one of the shows, make a point to bring the family out and enjoy the music, artists and comedy at the evening performance and vote for your favorite artist in the talent search contest.

The show starts at 7 P.M. and doors open at 6 P.M. At the intermission door prizes donated by local merchants and businesses will be given away. For those out of town wanting additional information about the show or for those wishing to purchase advanced tickets at a discounted rate of $12.50 can call 903-729-7080 or 903-724-2556. Tickets at the door are $15.00 per adult and $6.00 for children six through ten years of age. Children under five years get in free.
