Subtle Mindful Yoga & Pranayama Workshop
Come practice with Kathryn a slow mindful approach to the journey of yoga involving a slow journey from outer to inner and from physical/coarse to more subtle benefits. We will explore the hips and start our practice from the floor, working your hips in variations of baddha konasana. Then similar actions in a slow moving standing series. We will finish with the mindful practice of pranayama ending with a deep svasasana/relaxation and meditation.
Please bring your own 'Yoga' Mat and if you have a block please bring that along too. Props Suggested: A block, a blanket and a strap. Straps will be provided.
