Join Gillian Gish Msw/Rsw RYT and Paramdhan Kaur 500hr IKYTA for this informative 2.5 hour evidence informed chronic pain workshop. It is designed to give you tools and techniques to improve your quality of life and help reduce pain. Yoga is something everyone can do and we will show you safe and effective ways to add yoga to your life. Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary, mats & props provided.
