What colours does tea have? We are familiar with green tea. But do you know there is something called a blue tea. Why is a red tea sometimes called a black tea? What about a yellow tea or a white tea?
Come for a sit down session of pure tea enjoyment, when unblended, unflavoured, unsweetened specialty teas are served, while you learn about how each class of tea is made. The teas will be served using traditional ware, in a form of proper tea service, but in a relaxed environment.
Session will be hosted by a certified tea master, Dave, who runs professional tea and coffee courses. He is the third prize winner in tea pairing in the International Tea Masters Cup held in China in 2017, and he is the national champion in tea. He has a silver medalist in roasting coffee in the Australian International Coffee Award 2017, and he has a coffee diploma from Europe.
