This unique and therapeutic class will teach you dynamic movements to improve your active range of motion, alleviate tight joints and eliminate impingements. This is a workshop-style class that is slightly more active than a typical restorative yoga class, but not as vigorous as a workout. You will walk away with a noticeable improvement in your range of motion, and feeling more flexible, mobile and refreshed.

Please bring a yoga mat, tennis ball, one yoga block, cozy socks to keep your bare feet warm, cash for donation, and tight joints and muscles ready for some TLC!
