For parents and kids - Join us for a five week spring renewal workshop that will encourage you and your kids to create growth and change by refreshing your body, mind, spirit, and social + emotional connections. Krysta Marion Jung will be leading the kids, then the adults through a stretch + unwind yoga class each evening. Each week will feature a different coach or leader who will be taking parent groups, then kid groups through their unique offering (Mindfulness + Malas, healthy food choices, hiking, sustainable creations and for a little extra fun - hot tubbing!)

Along with a 60 minute Stretch + Unwind yoga class with Krysta, we will be offering the following weekly workshops.
Week 1 (March 28): Healthy food choices with Leanne Hinch - Get ready for a hands on lesson creating healthy snacks in the kitchen $60/parent + 1 child
Week 2 (April (9): Sustainable Creations Workshop - Join us for an evening of crafting and creativity. Please bring something you were planning to get rid of to recreate into art $90/parent + 1 child
Week 3 (April16) Kindness Rock Painting - After we find the perfect rock along the shores of Parks Creek, we plan on getting messy, so please bring your paint clothes (also bring a life jacket for the littles ones) $50/parent + 1 child
Week 4 (April 23): Mindulness + Mala Bracelet Making - Learn the significance of Mala beads and the power of the mantra while creating your own bracelet. Kids - bring a stuffie to help focus your breath work $90/parent + 1 child
Week 5 (April 30): Exploring Nature - We will be going on a hike and having a group yoga session in nature. Afterwards, we will enjoy a potluck dinner together, focusing on the lessons we learned from Leeanne during our Healthy Food Choices workshop. Please bring a potluck contribution $40/parent + 1 child
