Running, surely it’s just one foot in front of the other? On the face of it, that’s certainly true, however to continue running for years and to avoid injury, we need to do more than just run.

Join us on Thursday 12 April as our partner, Physio Smart takes us through some exercises to ensure you have a successful running season.
