Yoga Basics - For Everyone

If you are looking for a safe place to ‘try on’ yoga, or wanting to explore the basics of yoga in a safe place, then these classes are for you.

Learn the basics, for the first time or again, with people in a similar place. Each class will explore a gentle yoga flow where you will be encouraged to listen to your body to make adjustments that help release energy that has become stagnant. All props are provided. Options will be offered to meet you wherever you are at and suggestions for taking the practice within you. This is perfect for people with little to no yoga experience or those seeking to return to the basics.

Every other Tuesday starting April 10: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Rhonda fell in love with yoga over 20 years ago, and continues to experience transformative opening both on and off the mat. She is certified to teach through the Yoga Alliance, and has taught over 1000 hours.

Rhonda’s passion is cultivating peace and spaciousness within self and others so we can live into the incredible beings we are called to be. Rhonda’s offerings include spiritual direction, yoga, Yoga Nidra (spiritually focused guided meditation), the sound of crystal singing bowls and, recently, Reiki. She credits her success as a professional leader due to these practices, as well as MBA and BS degrees.
