Balancing Your Chakras Through Food

You know all parts of your being are connected, yet do you sometimes wonder how to integrate them all? Ever find yourself eating just to eat, knowing you are not making the best choices to support you in the moment? Do you find that you are disconnected from your food or stressed about what to eat? Or, have you noticed how just the right mix of food and intention can positively affect your day?

This experiential 2-part workshop will explore how what we eat supports or detracts from our chakras (energy centers). Included is the importance of being present when we eat to improve digestion and optimize nutrient absorption. You will also be provided suggestions for easily taking these practices into your life while embracing intentional focus on chakra alignment through food choices. Each session will begin with a calming meditation to ground and align you. Join us for this two part experience on Monday evenings, April 16 & 23 from 6:00-8:00 PM.

Nikki Golly is a micro-nutrient coach on a mission to help people experience the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. She graduated with highest honors with a degree in nutrition from Arizona State University. She also worked for 8 years in a vitamin store in Phoenix where she gained her knowledge of supplements. She has helped many clients to achieve a healthier lifestyle and minimize their pains and ailments. She gets enjoyment out of helping others to feel great and achieve their goals.

Rhonda fell in love with yoga over 20 years ago, and continues to experience transformative opening both on and off the mat. She is certified to teach through the Yoga Alliance, and has taught over 1000 hours.

Rhonda’s passion is cultivating peace and spaciousness within self and others so we can live into the incredible beings we are called to be. Rhonda’s offerings include spiritual direction, yoga, Yoga Nidra (spiritually focused guided meditation), the sound of crystal singing bowls and, recently, Reiki. She credits her success as a professional leader due to these practices, as well as MBA and BS degrees.
