Pasta: “Orecchiete e Cime di Rapa”
Orecchiette is a shape of pasta which means “small ears”. Originally from Basilicata, served with broccolini.
Main: “Pesce Spada alla Messinese”.
Messina is one of the most famous cities of Sicily. Pesce Spada, which is Swordfish, is a typical dish cooked in a light tomato sauce, with olives, onions, celery, parsley and chilli.
Dessert: “Zeppole di Ricotta”
A dessert traditionally served on Father’s Day. Zeppole di Ricotta is a delicious Italian Doughnut incorporating Ricotta. Drizzled with a warm chocolate sauce.
