Join us for a quick and effective HIIT/Yoga fusion class
This class includes a brief warm up with a gentle yoga flow and then starts right into intervals of high intensity movements that last anywhere from 30 to 60 seconds followed by a rest which we do in a yoga posture.
This class increases heart rate making it a great cardio class, tones and strengthens. The yoga postures promote stretching and muscle lengthening.
