Come along to the beautiful and tranquil setting of Pure Shores Wellness in Northallerton, where you can curl up on a comfy chair, wrap yourself up in a snuggly blanket, and forget your stresses and worries for a while!
Chill-out sessions involve doing some breathing exercises to slow your heart rate and relax your mind, techniques which you can carry into your day-to-day life. This is followed by a guided meditation.... this may be a walk through an enchanted forest, relaxing on a tropical beach, or even floating on a cloud!
Once we are finished, there's no need to rush off... there is hot chocolate and cookies, with a friendly chat and fairy tarot cards.
Sessions cost £10 per person, and there is a maximum of 7 places so please book early to avoid disappointment.
