This weekly class series will incorporate meditation and mindfulness-based practices. This will be accessible both for beginners and dedicated practitioners. Each week will include a short discussion and a guided practice.
Whether you are curious, skeptical, experienced or completely new to meditation, we'll offer simple tools for applying this practice to everyday life.
Please dress in comfortable clothing. Chairs, bolsters and blankets are available to ensure students are supported comfortably.
