Pregnancy Yoga classes for pregnant women 12 weeks through till labour.
These classes are designed to keep the body and mind strong as well as relieving tensions that build up through the trimesters.
The class also gives mums to be the opportunity to connect with the journey they are going through and become more in tune with how they are feeling throughout this time. We create the space for you to feel safe and secure and able to let go of what is holding you back from fully embracing this time in your lives. Whether it be the first time or the fifth time.
We build a beautiful community of women for chatting, practicing together and supporting each other at this time.
The classes run from 11am-12.15pm on Sundays, with time before we yoga to chat about anything that’s on your mind.
It’s £40 for 5 weeks of classes, the dates are as follows.
1 - 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th April & 6th May.
2 - 13th, 20th, 27th May, 3rd & 17th June (no class on 10th June)
3 - 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd July (4 week course £32)
