Mummy & Baby classes are perfect to spend some time with your baby one on one as well as get back into moving the body and gentle exercise.
Here’s what happens..
✨Baby’s lie on a blanket at the top of your mat with full view of mummy at all times
💫Mummy’s move through a Gentle Vinyasa practice where they click fingers, wave at baby or even jingle toys
✨Baby is then included in the movements, either being lifted, cuddled or moved themselves in gentle baby massage
💫We end with a form of relaxation (all depending on how your baby is feeling)
🙏In this class your baby is your priority, if they need feeding/changing/cuddling you do what you need to - then you do yoga when possible🙏
