Women's Yoga Retreat
Spend an entire weekend, slowing down, connecting and tuning in to your own nature. This 2 night/2 day ayurvedic women's yoga retreat, facilitated by Tina Stephens, will be focused around nourishing your body and slowing down the mind. You’ll be immersed in simple but powerful ayurvedic principles, gentle yoga and meditation while learning about the exciting and practical science of ayurveda. Calm, ground and rejuvenate your senses surrounded by the beauty of the Southwest National Park in a supportive women's only environment.
Transfers to and from Hobart - Pick up 5:30 pm at the Hobart Information Centre Friday 4 May. Return 5 pm Sunday 6 May.

Yoga and meditation classes:
Friday night, Saturday morning & afternoon/evening, Sunday morning.
Yoga mats, blocks, straps, cushions, doterra/diffusers oils, provide basic ayurvedic handouts & yoga books.
Ayurvedic Quiz, to discover their Doshas and handouts sent via email prior to the retreat.
Dosha oils for self massage.
Tea blends specific to you.
Ayurvedic herbal pulling oil/mouthwash and tongue cleaners.
Warm nourishing vegetarian based meals from Friday evening until Sunday Lunch.
Twin share accommodation. Own rooms can be arranged at an extra cost.
Full use of our own private yoga room. As well as log fires and lounge at the Pedder Wilderness Lodge.
