Here's a page-turner of a writer's self-publishing story.

Thomas Bell T W Lawless was a Registered Nurse for nearly thirty years before he developed thyroid cancer in 2011. Instead of sitting around thinking about it, he wrote a thriller called Homecountry about a fictitious Aussie journalist named Peter Clancy. It became an Amazon best-seller and was reviewed in several major media outlets.

The follow up was also a best seller.

Tom has since published a further two in the series, and, while he didn't win, his third was nominated in the Killer Nashville Awards in America.

Tom is currently writing a World War Two thriller and he publishes his own books through Campanile Publishing. Tom will share his self-publishing journey, from hiring a publicist to taking it on himself, as well as his online book promotion activities and Dennis Jones distribution processes.

An experienced member of the Australian Publishers Association, Thomas Bell is one productive and experienced writer and Peninsula Writers' Club member. We're delighted he can take to the floor.
