Get your hands dirty by making a custom-designed, earth-friendly pot to grow something lovely in!
Hypertufa is a building substance that has been popular with hobby gardeners since its creation in the 1930s, made from a mixture of peat moss, perlite, Portland cement and water. It can be formed and shaped to create pots, planters and statuary for gardens. Observe a demonstration of the hypertufa mixing process, then use the mixture to create your own pot for your home garden. Please register by calling (315) 536-6114 or visiting https://bit.ly/2DWFvMD by April 10. This event is free and open to all adults aged 18 and older. All supplies will be provided. Plan to dress for possibly messy outdoor fun.
