Coalition of Immokalee Workers is a nonprofit organization of farmer workers in Immokalee, Florida. They are fighting sub-poverty wages, sexual violence and unethical working conditions that migrant farmworkers face in their workplace.

They've been organizing against corporations that are complicit in labor abuses while educating farmworkers about their fundamental rights and empowering them to speak out against abuses they face. They worked to create the Fair Food Program so companies can agree not to buy from farms that abuse these workers- but Wendy's and Publix still have not signed on after years of organizing!
