Monday, April 9th: Mindfulness Monday - On Monday we will be kicking off the week with a restful mindset. The event will take place 11 AM-2 PM in the Waves Caf. At our booth, you can pick up some essential oils, do some watercolor painting and get a Sprinkles cupcake! We are also dedicating the Fireside Room as a space for mindfulness, where you can come and go to take time out of your day to rest and relax.
Tuesday, April 10th: Tasty Tuesday - In conjunction with the on-campus Farmers Market, we will be handing out tasty recipes that you can make in a dorm room using some of the products sold at the Farmers Market! The event will take place 11 AM-2 PM in Mullin Town Square. We will also be providing recipes of some of the Student Health Advisory Board's smoothie and panini recipes, which they will be making in the Waves Caf!
Wednesday, April 11th: Workout Wednesday - Today we will be breaking a sweat! We will be hosting a free class at SoulCycle at 9:30 AM, but spots are limited so please fill out this Google Form (https://goo.gl/forms/2MPrqY61nGBDLoYX2) if you would like to be entered in the running! The Form will close on Sunday, April 8th at midnight. If you cannot make our SoulCycle event, please stop by Mullin Town Square for the Student Health Advisory Board's blowup workout and fitness class!
Thursday, April 12th: Time Out Thursday - On Thursday, we will be winding down the week with two events. In Mullin Town Square from 1 PM-4 PM, we will be having puppy therapy, free massages and free Yerba Mate! Then, to finish out the week, we will have Sunset Yoga at 6:30 PM, location Campus Rec Field (above the pool).
