Adolescence is a time of tumultuous change that is more about brain development & emotional balance than hormones or puberty. This 6 week class (May 12 - June 16) provides the tools needed to get through this rough period.

Mindfulness can be even more effective for youth due to the neuroplasticity of their brains. This means it’s easier for them to change and results are shown sooner. Some of the benefits students have reported are strengthened concentration, decreased stress, decreased anxiety, improved self-esteem and developed conflict resolution skills.
