If so we have a program to help strengthen your young athletes and improve performance. Through strength training we will help build a solid foundation to help improve their athletic skills.
This event is run by Juli Colotti M.S., an Exercise Physiologist with years of experience training youth athletes. Also the program is assisted by Dr. David Ness, a sports Chiropractor who is the team chiropractor the Army West Point Football team with over 25 years of experience treating sports injuries.
