Join Laughter Yoga leader, Chris Filippini on the second Thursday of each month for a fun evening of exercise. Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises with deep yogic breathing to gain the health benefits of laughing with out have to rely on humor. Please bring a bottle of water and a willingness to laugh on purpose. No mats needed. No fee required, donations to the library accepted. Call 610-287-8360.
