Al-Bustan Seeds of Culture and Mural Arts Philadelphia are thrilled to host Tunisian-French artist eL Seed for an upcoming mural in the West Philadelphia neighborhood, as a part of Al-Bustan's ongoing (DIS)PLACED project -- a series of narratives, visual art, poetry and music exploring the theme of (dis)placement across Philadelphia’s diverse communities and from the perspectives of four artists-in-residence of Arab heritage.

Join us for a rare opportunity with eL Seed and Conrad Benner of Streets Dept in a conversation around themes of displacement, community representation though art, and more. Co-sponsored by Perry World House / Penn Global.

When:
Sunday, November 11, 3:00-5:00 PM

Where:
University of Pennsylvania's Perry World House
3803 Locust Walk, Philadelphia, PA 19104
(enter from ramp at 38th Street or from Locust Walk)

Admission Free. RSVP Required
