Bring your littles (5 and under) to class!
Our Strong Mom class is a popular full body workout designed for moms of all fitness levels. Classes will include a variety of core, cardio, and strength training that allows for modifications to include everyone's diverse fitness levels! This class is uniquely and thoughtfully constructed to nurture, challenge and improve your body mentally and physically.
We will have a small play area set up for the little ones with toys. Feel free to bring your own toys along with you to keep your littles occupied while you workout.
MAX 2 KIDS PER PERSON DUE TO SMALL STUDIO SIZE.
