NEW TO YOGA KIDS?
Perseverance Fitness is offering a FREE CLASS this Wednesday, April 11th for those of you that want the chance to try the class.
Give your kids, ages 5-11, the gift of balance, relaxation, and positive body image through this youth-focused yoga class. Students will learn yoga as a tool for growth, health, and HAPPINESS. We use a combination of traditional and partner poses to offer students practice in breathing, body strengthening, and mindfulness. Yoga Kids is a holistic program using art, games, and music to make every student's practice fun at this critical developmental stage. All skill and experience levels welcome,
