You probably know what you should be eating, but good intentions are sabotaged time and again. The answer is not to give up or choose yet another diet, but to address what's causing the problem: your own brain.

This workshop is designed for both men and women who wish to make significant changes to their eating patterns.

You will learn how to break habitual patterns of eating with techniques and approaches which have their roots in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
