Beginning Tai Chi – Introduction to Sun Style
Sun style tai chi is characterized by its upright posture and stabilizing follow steps. Its gentle postures and smooth, fluid movement make it an excellent form for those with arthritis or balance issues. Sun style tai chi also integrates Qigong movements that bring mental clarity, calmness and an overall feeling of well-being thus lowering blood pressure, improving focus and memory, increasing energy and the lessening of joint pain and stiffness.
