Breathe as you were born to Breathe!
As we grow, life's challenges cause us to breathe opposite to our natural breath pattern.
Shallow, fast and peridoxal breathing quickly creates anxiety, panic, and depression. Further, when the blood isn't cleansed by deep, slow, regular breathing, dis-ease may develop over time.
In this weekly class I will teach you life changing ancient yogic breathing techniques called Pranayama. If used in your daily life these techniques will increase your ability to be graceful and centered in all situations. You will experience how the breath controls the mind and the mind controls the body. Fall asleep easier and become calm and focused under the control of your own breath! Let your breath become your spiritual guide and you may walk the path your destiny calls you to walk.
