Calm Abiding Meditation (Samatha) allows us to release anxiety, stress, tension, increase happiness and well-being. Developed from traditional Buddhist mindfulness training techniques, this course teaches awareness of breath, posture and feelings that improves our physical and mental health, and helps to transform negative situations and our negative states of mind. The real value of Calm Abiding (Mindfulness) Meditation is in its application to everyday life.

This course also offers a speech blessing practice to change undesirable habits in our internal dialogues and communication.
“Meditation is a highly effective method of dealing with life’s challenges”.
