Please join Physiofit from 9:30a - 11:30a on April 14, for a kickoff party to our Spring 2018 Mind Body Transformation. This years kick off will consist of an educational Q&A where Physiofit's team of Exercise Physiologists will provide you information on many of the "fad" diets that are around these days such as The Ketogenic Diet, Whole 30, Paleo, Vegan, Etc and teach you the pros and cons of each. We will also provide information and differences about many types of strength training practices such as HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training), TRX, Weightlifting, and Power Lifting. Following the Q&A, attendees will go through a 45 minute HIIT workout so come prepared!!
During this years challenge we aim to EMPOWER our athletes with education on how to live a healthy lifestyle, as well as provide an environment in which facilitates healthy competition amongst the group and most of all within ourselves to become the BEST VERSION OF OURSELVES IMAGINABLE.
