The more we bring the light of awareness into our lives, the more questions and challenges we tend to see. Mindfulness Level 2 seeks to address those issues in order to lift you into an elevated state of calm and clarity, regardless of the situation.
This course is only available to those who have completed the five week introductory course or those who have a well-established personal meditation practice.
