Restorative and meditative Yin Yoga - beginners friendly

Gentle and relaxing yin yoga postures to increase mobility and flexibility, with focus on mindfulness and relaxation.

Body Love Yoga are the most gentle yoga classes specifically designed for people who don’t feel comfortable going to regular yoga classes because of their body shape or size, because they haven’t done yoga before or just because they are looking for a safe and comfortable environment to connect with other women.

No matter the shape, age, gender - everyone is welcome. No experience required. I adjust my pace to you and not you to me.

Every class ends with a guided mindfulness meditation and breathing exercises to allow you to relax and create more awareness to the present moment.

6 weeks course

Classes are kept very small to give you a comfortbale and safe environment.

These classes are perfect if you:
- Feel uncomfortable going to general yoga classes.
- Feel unflexible but want to increase flexbility and mobility.
- Never done yoga before and want to give it a go.
- Have tried yoga before but it has been a while and wish to get back into it.

75 mins classes.

Prices for new members:
6 weeks Course - 1 class per week - $115
6 weeks course - 2 classes per week - $210

Price for returning members:
6 weeks Course - 1 class per week - $99
6 weeks course - 2 classes per week - $180
Casual $20
