Enhance your tennis playing skills. (Or even your golf or other sports)

Yoga can increase your strength, flexibility and balance while also reducing your stress and anxiety and improving concentration. Because tennis players are physically prone to tight hips, quads and hamstrings, yoga can be used to address those areas and also to restore balance to your core and spine after repeated lunging and swinging movements on the court.

Improve shoulder mobility & spinal extension to increase power on your serve

Improve range of motion around the joints to maintain functional movement throughout shots

Lengthen out adductors, so that you feel strong out of the corners

Increase thoracic rotation range, which will improve power on your backhand

Feel strong & powerful at the end of stroke range

Help eliminate any muscle imbalances due to one-sided sport

Ages 15 and older

No yoga experience necessary. Where comfortable yoga or athletic clothing.
