For the Tier 2 test, you will need to complete the Tier 2 Combo with no mistakes, 2 minutes of side shuffle on the speed ladder, non-stop 1-2s on the heavy bag, 2 minutes of freestyle shadowboxing, 2 minutes of fast-paced review on mitts, a two-minute burnout, and 1 minute of burpees.
