Learn to forward roll, backward roll, cartwheel, headstands, forearm stand, handstand, crock, fish flop, handstand forward roll, backward roll to handstand, 1 hand cartwheel, bridge and partner balancing.
We will begin with conditioning exercises to make your body strong enough to hold the acrobatic positions and cool down with stretches relevant to helping you achieve these acrobatic shapes. Abs & shoulder strength/flexibility focus.
