A bit of pole before work why yes please i hear you cry!!
Mixed ability (suitable for complete beginners) early morning pole session that will kick your day off in the best possible way!
These sessions will gently warm you up ready for the day - think yoga wake up with a healthy smattering of pole flow conditioning and stretching - classes will include a warm-up, strength building/conditioning, movement and flow sequences and finish off with some stretching to get you ready for the day ahead!
All the essentials to deal with whatever the day has to throw at you!
