Our children's yoga classes include creative movement and poses, educational games, breathing exercises, fun props, and joyful music. We make it possible for kids to experience the benefits of yoga in a playful and non-competitive manner (no yoga experience necessary as all levels are welcome). We let kids be kids. Benefits of children doing yoga: - Increase flexibility and strength - Sharpen concentration and attention - Build self-esteem - Improve mindful behaviors such as patience, a positive attitude, and respect for others - It’s fun! Please have children dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat (studio yoga mats are available to borrow if needed) and water bottle. Arrive fifteen minutes before class to park, check in, and allow for your child to settle in.
