Introductory/Beginners Kayak session
This 2 hour session will introduce to the sport of kayaking - you will be introduced to your kayak, learn about getting it set up and adjusted to you. You will then get going on the water - and will learn basic forward, backward, and turning strokes.
If you want we can also do a capsize drill!
These sessions are suitable for people who have done no, or only a little kayaking. They can also be good if you haven't done any for a long time. After taking part in one or a few of these sessions the next step would be to move onto a progression course, or consider joining one of the clubs that operate onsite.
