Thirsty on Thursdays? Join us every 3rd Thursday of every month (while the weather is nice) for an outside workout followed by happy hour at a local bar. The workout will consist of moderate running (no more than a mile at a time) but also incorporate circuits, park workouts, and more. We will always meet at the gym first and conclude there before heading out for Happy Hour. Bring your friends, first class at PFP is always on us!
