The evening will be headlined by The Coffee Music Project (London) 2018 Singer Songwriter Competition winner (to be announced Wed 18th April), with support from one of the finalists. It will also feature guest acts: Ruby Confue (London winner 2017) who won last year with her winning London song 'This City'.
All ticket sales from this evening will go to Project Waterfall Charity Helping to bring clean drinking water and sanitation to Coffee growing regions in Africa
The Coffee Music Project Singer Songwriter Competition started in February London 2015; New York Sept 2015 and will be extended to Los Angeles November 2018 & Cape Town. The competition initiative is funded by Jeff Young, CEO of Allegra Foundation, who set up the independent "Project Waterfall" Charity in 2011 and the World's most popular Coffee Festival "The London Coffee Festival" where 50% of all profits go to the Charity, which has now help 1000s of people in Coffee growing regions to have clean drinking water and sanitation. The intention of the competition , is help up and coming independent singer songwriters, whilst giving PR continuity to the charity.
The winner of the competition, gets a cash prize, free recording and remixing of their winning song, a headline showcase in London, also a trip to New York to perform in "The New York Coffee Festival" in October.
Last year's winner Ruby Confue, has performed in the New York Coffee Festival 2017 and will be guest act for this year's winner and has been a worthy ambassador of the competition and charity

Katy Hurt spent 2017 perf¬orming at 100+ shows since the launch of her EP “Pieces of Me”, impressing fans by combining the honest lyrical content of country with the riffs and raucous vocals of southern rock.
